This policy explains how GoCarpetClean ("we", "us") collects and uses your personal information when you contact us or request a quote.

Who we are

What we collect

When you request a quote or book a clean through our website, a Google or Facebook form, WhatsApp or by phone, we may collect:

• your name
• your phone number and email address
• your address or postcode
• details about the cleaning you need, and any photos you send us

How we use it

We use your information only to:

• reply to your enquiry and give you a quote
• arrange and carry out the cleaning
• contact you about your booking

We do not sell your information or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Legal basis

We process your information to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and to carry out that contract (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).

Who can see it

Your details are stored in the tools we use to run the business: email, WhatsApp, our website form provider (Tilda) and advertising platforms (Google, Meta) when you submit a form through their ads. These providers process data under their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months, then delete them, unless we need them longer for accounting or legal reasons.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email GoCarpetCleanuk@gmail.com and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
